Camera Data Asset Manager:

With the onset of the DVCPRO P2 card technology comes the need for experienced, detailed, and dependable Camera Data Asset Managers. The experience of Privatsky Film Works’ personnel enables the film production staff to focus on getting the shots and making the day without the worry of “Is the data processing properly?” or “Do we really have any footage?”

About Our Services:

- One of our Camera Data Asset Managers will be on set at all times with the necessary computer equipment (MAC based) needed to safely transfer and store your Camera Data.

- Before the first shot we will advise your camera personnel on the necessary steps to take with the P2 cards to avoid possible card errors and to make the download process flow quickly and smoothly.

- To continuously assess the efficiency of the shooting and transfer process, we keep a log of each card detailing, for example, the time received, and returned to camera and the amount of footage shot. A Log Report is provided to the producer at the end of principle photography.

- Footage is backed-up onto two external hard drives so that one drive can be delivered to your project editor at the end of the shooting day.

• Panasonic P2 cards*
• External hard drive for storing the captured footage*
• External hard drive for backing-up the footage*  

* note: The quantity of these items will depend on the number of cameras and amount of footage to be captured.
