There is nothing holding this woman of action from accomplishing great things (what she sets her mind to do) and reaching out to the world.

She conducted softball clinics, gave motivational talks, and played shortstop during her travels with Athlete's In Action in the United States, Canada, Guatemala, Russia, and Uzbekistan. She coached softball in the NCAA and NAIA systems. She received NAIA Coach of the Year honors in 1997.

For the past ten years Lynette has been as the Director of Enrollment Information Systems at Concordia University.

Since arriving, Lynette has brought Concordia's grass roots tele-counseling program into the computer age with a fully automated dialing system, a paperless workflow, and an efficient staff that is able to develop the relationships needed to recruit successfully for the college admissions office.

She is the Network Administrator and Primary Contact for computer support and training for the undergraduate, graduate, financial aid, student accounts, and tele-counseling departments.

After retiring from a successful softball coaching career, Lynette's focus turned to the Creative Arts where she discovered Sword Fighting. Sword fighting soon became a passion which led her to acting and revived a childhood dream of producing Action Films. While still maintaining her position at the university she was able to delve into the world of Independent Film Making and quickly advanced from background performer to Producer. She worked with Robert M. Conrad Productions for four years and gained essential knowledge and experience needed to understand the Film Industry. Her strengths were highlighted at LEM Studios where, as a Producer, she provided partial funding for a film project and, also, played a lead role in the film.

Then she was inspired along with Kim Turney to create PRIVATSKY FILM WORKS where, as Executive Producer, she creates positive film making experiences that lead to high quality final products without exceeding budget limits.

With the creation of Privatsky Film Works her childhood dream is on its way to being realized. She has no desire to slow down but instead she is inspired to reach out to the world with high quality Action Films.
